April 26 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Makedonski Telekom [MSE:TEL] plans to distribute a gross dividend of 19.34 denars ($0.35/0.31 euro) per share for 2022, slightly down from last year's payout of 19.96 denars denars per share, it said on Wednesday.
Under the plan, the telecommunications group will distribute as dividend a total of 1.67 billion denars, the company said in a bourse filing.
Makedonski Telekom's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 30.
The telco's net profit fell 6% year-on-year in 2022, to 1.5 billion denars.
Makedonski Telekom's shares last traded at an average price of 390 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on April 25, the latest bourse data shows.
