January 13 (SeeNews) - A total of 2,000 shares of North Macedonia's largest lender, Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB], equal to a 0.1% stake, changed hands in a block transaction worth 24 million denars ($445,000/388,200 euro) on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed.
The shares traded at 12,000 denars each in the block deal concluded on January 12, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Komercijalna Banka's share capital is divided into 2,279,067 shares, each with a par value of 1,000 denars.
The lender's shares traded at an average price of 12,091 denars on the Skopje bourse on Wednesday, bourse data showed.
