September 26 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based lender Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] said on Thursday that it is looking into the possibility of acquiring a stake in local peer Eurostandard Bank.

Komercijalna Banka has already contacted Eurostandard Bank to obtain information, based on which it will determine whether to pursue the acquisition of a stake in the lender, Komercijalna Banka said in a bourse filing.

Komercijalna Banka has not yet taken a final decision, it underlined.
