May 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based baking company Zito Luks [MSE:ZILU] said on Wednesday it has extended an agreement with local lender Komercijalna Banka Skopje [MSE:KMB] for a revolving credit facility of up to 6.5 million euro ($6.8 million).
Under the amended agreement, the revolving credit facility expires on April 30, 2030, Zito Luks said in a bourse filing.
Zito Luks has provided real estate property and movables of undisclosed value as collateral, it said.
The baking company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on May 18, 2021, when they changed hands at an average price of 170 denars.
