July 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's wholesale company Interpromet AD Tetovo [MSE:INPR] decreased its capital to 2.7 million euro ($2.73 million), the country's Central Securities Depository said.
Interpromet's capital is currently divided into 50,614 ordinary shares and 341 priority shares, each with a par value of 53.17 euro, the securities depository body said in a notice on Friday.
The capital decrease was registered by the depository on July 15.
In June, Interpromet's shareholders voted in favour of decreasing the company's capital by 869,808 euro by canceling 16,359 ordinary shares. The shares were owned by a shareholder which will take a stake in a new company that Interpromet plans to establish, the company said at the time, without revealing the name of the investor.
Interpromet's shares have not traded on the Skopje bourse in the past year.
