January 23 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's trading company Interpromet AD Tetovo [MSE:INPR] said it appointed Shaban Amiti chairman of its board of directors.
Interpromet made the announcement in a bourse filing last week.
Shaban Amiti will succeed Harun Thaci, who stepped down as board chairman in November 2022, according to earlier data published by the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE).
North Macedonia's Interpromet is a wholesale and retail trader, selling various consumer products and offering warehousing and logistic services.
Interpromet's shares last traded on the Skopje bourse on August 3, 2022, at an average price of 4,500 denars ($78/73 euro).
