March 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based IT company Hed Kom SE has acquired a 19.74% stake in local catering company Ugotur [MSE:RZUG] from individual shareholder Aleksandar Mihajlov, Ugotur said.
Hed Kom acquired 171,000 shares in Ugotur from Mihajlov in a transaction executed outside the bourse, Ugotur said in a bourse notice on Wednesday.

Mihajlov does not hold any Ugotur shares after the transaction.
Mihajlov acquired the Ugotur stake for an undisclosed price in late December, according to an earlier statement by the company.
Ugotur's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on December 23, when they changed hands at an average price of 20 denars ($0.34/0.32 euro).
