January 10 (SeeNews) - A total of 5,000 shares of North Macedonia-based construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT], equal to a 0.2% stake, changed hands in a 7.1 million denars ($130,600/115,200 euro) block transaction on the Skopje stock exchange, bourse data showed.
The shares traded at 1,420 denars each in the block deal concluded on January 5, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
The company's capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares, each with a par value of 5 euro.
Granit's shares last traded at an average price of 1,400 denars on the MSE on January 5, according to the most recent bourse data available.
Skopje-based Granit was established in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries.
