September 16 (SeeNews) - A total of 120 shares of North Macedonia-based forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS] changed hands in a 7.4 million denars ($142,000/121,000 euro) block transaction on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed.
The shares traded at 61,700 denars each in the block deal concluded on September 15, Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Fersped's share capital is divided into 18,113 shares, each with a par value of 37,400 denars.
Fersped was established in 1968 as a state-owned company and was privatised in 1995.
