May 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS] said on Thursday that it plans to propose to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 550 denars ($9.8/8.9 euro) per share for 2019.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 8.97 million denars of accumulated profit, Fersped said in a bourse filing.
Fersped distributed a gross dividend of 1,780 denars per share last year.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 23.
Fersped's consolidated net profit grew 558% year-on-year to 28.27 million denars in 2019.
Fersped was established in 1968 as a state-owned company and was privatised in 1995.
