April 29 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS] said on Friday that it plans to propose to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 550 denars ($9.4/8.9 euro) per share for 2021, same as the previous year.
Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 8.97 million denars of accumulated profit as dividend, Fersped said in a bourse filing.
The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 31.
Fersped's net profit rose by 22% to 83 million denars in 2021.
The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on April 18, at an average price of 57,000 denars.
Fersped was established in 1968 as a state-owned company and was privatised in 1995.
