November 4 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS] said its net profit rose by 81% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2021, reaching 73.4 million denars ($1.4 million/1.2 million euro) on the back of higher revenues.
Total operating revenues went up 53% on the year to 3.34 billion denars in the January-September period, Fersped said in an interim financial statement earlier this week.
Revenues from domestic sales rose by an annual 56% to 3.2 billion denars, while sales abroad increased by 20% to 156.1 million denars in the period under review.
Fersped's total operating costs for the first nine months of 2021 were 53% higher on an annual comparison basis, reaching 3.27 billion denars.
Fersped was established in 1968 as a state-owned company and was privatised in 1995.
