May 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's confectionery producer Evropa [MSE:EVRO] said on Friday its shareholders have approved a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 50 denars ($0.84/0.81 euro) per share for last year, lower than the dividend payout of 60 denars per share for 2020.
Evropa will distribute a total of 11.5 million denars as dividend for last year, it said in a bourse filing.
The company's net profit dropped 24% year-on-year to 63.79 million denars in 2021.
Evropa's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on September 9, when they changed hands at an average price of 2,900 denars, bourse data showed.
