March 21 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Centralna Kooperativna Banka [MSE:CKB] said on Thursday that it has placed a 5 million euro ($5.7 million) long-term convertible bond issue.
The issue consists of 5,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, Centralna Kooperativna Banka said in a bourse filing.
The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 2.2% with interest payments due once per year, according to previous disclosures.
Centralna Kooperativna Banka is majority owned by Bulgaria's Central Cooperative Bank.
