June 25 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based construction company Beton Skopje [MSE:BESK] said on Tuesday that its shareholders have approved the company's plan to skip dividend distribution for 2018.
The company also skipped paying dividend for 2017.
Beton Skopje shareholders endorsed the proposal at a general meeting held June 24, the company said in a bourse filing.
The construction company's non-consolidated net profit fell 6% on the year to 30.9 million denars ($570,000/503,000 euro) in 2018.
Beton Skopje, founded in 1947, designs and builds houses, roads, bridges, tunnels, hydro systems and factories.
