April 13 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food processing company Kristal 1923 [MSE:BGOR] said on Tuesday that local trading firm Bane Komerc Trejd has purchased 300 ordinary shares in Kristal for an undisclosed price.
Following the purchase, Bane Komerc owns 33,929 shares in Kristal, representing 6.57% of Kristal's share capital or 8.30% of the food company's ordinary shares, Kristal said in a bourse filing.

The transaction was carried out on the Skopje bourse.
Kristal's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on Monday, at an average price of 146 denars ($2.8/2.4 euro).
Kristal, based in the central city of Veles, started operating in 1923 as an edible oil factory. The company operated under the name Blagoj Gjorev until 2020.
