July 20 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food processing company Kristal 1923 [MSE:BGOR] said on Wednesday that its shareholder Bane Komerc Trejd has purchased 1,920 ordinary shares in Kristal in a stock exchange transaction.
Following the purchase, local trading firm Bane Komerc currently owns 35,949 shares in Kristal, representing 6.97% of Kristal’s total number of shares and 8.80% of its ordinary shares, the food processing company said in a bourse filing.

Kristal's shares last traded on the Skopje bourse on June 23, at an average price of 152 denars ($2.5/2.46 euro).
Kristal, based in the central city of Veles, started operating in 1923 as an edible oil factory. The company operated under the name Blagoj Gjorev until 2020.
