May 31 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's car dealer Automakedonija [MSE:AUMK] said on Wednesday that it plans to sign an agreement for a six-year revolving credit line worth 3 million euro ($3.2 million) with local lender Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje.
Automakedonija's shareholders approved the planned loan contract at a meeting held on May 30, the company said in a bourse filing, without disclosing the purpose of the loan.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on May 4, at an average price of 2,987 denars ($51.8/48.5 euro).
Founded in 1946, Automakedonija is active in maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles.
