September 12 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based car dealer Automakedonija said that its consolidated net profit fell by an annual 3% to 9.3 million denars ($165,000/151,000 euro) in the first half of 2019.
Automakedonija's operating revenue grew 6% to 315.7 million denars in the January-June period of 2019, the company said in an interim financial statement.
The company's operating expenses also increased by 6%, to 303.2 million denars in the review period, as cost of goods sold added 13% to 194.1 million denars.
Financial revenue plunged 34% year-on-year to 172,000 denars, while financial expenses rose 16% to 2.9 million denars.
Founded in 1946, Automakedonija is active in maintenance and servicing of various types and brands of motor vehicles.
