June 2 (SeeNews) - A stake of 0.06% in North Macedonia-based drug maker Alkaloid [MSE:ALK] changed hands in a 14.4 million denars ($249,752/231,957 euro) block deal on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed.
A total of 800 shares traded at 17,995 denars each in the block deal concluded on June 1, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed on Thursday.

The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Alkaloid's share capital is divided into 1,431,353 shares of 25.56 euro in par value each.
The company's shares last traded at an average price of 17,884 denars on Thursday.
Alkaloid has two subsidiaries in North Macedonia and 19 subsidiaries and two representative offices abroad - in Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, the U.S. and the UK.
