September 13 (SeeNews) - A stake of 0.01% in North Macedonia-based drug maker Alkaloid [MSE:ALK] changed hands in a 3.4 million denars ($55,107/54,313 euro) block deal on the stock exchange in Skopje, bourse data showed.
A total of 200 shares traded at 16,750 denars each in the block deal concluded on September 12, the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) data showed on Monday.
The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Alkaloid's share capital is divided into 1,431,353 shares of 25.56 euro in par value each.
The company's shares last traded at an average price of 16,735 denars on September 12.
Alkaloid has two subsidiaries in North Macedonia and 18 subsidiaries and two representative offices abroad - in Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, the U.S. and the UK.
