May 10 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's construction chemicals producer Ading [MSE:ADIN] said its consolidated net profit fell 7.3% on the year to 12.2 million denars ($239,700/197,000 euro) in the first quarter of 2021.
Operating revenue dropped by an annual 8.3% to 91.5 million denars in the period under review, whereas operating expenses were flattish at 85.8 million denars, Ading said in an interim financial statement filed with the Skopje bourse last week.
Domestic sales came in at 71.4 million denars in January-March, down 6.7% on the year, while sales abroad decreased 11% to 18.9 million denars in the three months under review.
Skopje-based Ading, established in 1969, has representative offices and distributors in 13 countries in Southeast Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Outside North Macedonia, Ading has production facilities in Bulgaria.
