May 26 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based construction chemicals producer Ading [MSE:ADIN] said on Friday its shareholders have approved a proposal to pay out a gross dividend of 32 denars ($0.56/0.52 euro) per share for last year, slightly higher than the gross dividend of 30 denars distributed for 2021.
The company will distribute the dividend out of its 2022 net profit, it said in a bourse filing.
Ading booked a consolidated net profit of 67.1 million denars in 2022, up 11% compared with the year before.
Ading's shares last traded on February 14 on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE), at an average price of 722 denars.
Skopje-based Ading, established in 1969, has representative offices and distributors in 13 countries in Southeast Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Outside North Macedonia, Ading has production facilities in Bulgaria.
