SKOPJE (North Macedonia), April 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonian construction chemicals maker Ading [MSE:ADIN] said that it has proposed to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 23.53 denars ($0.43/0.38 euro) per share for 2018.

Ading paid a gross dividend of 22.22 denars for 2017.

Under the proposal, the net dividend per share will amount to 20.0 denars, Ading said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 16.

Ading shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange at a price of 648 denars.

Ading's non-consolidated net profit remained unchanged year-on-year at 16.6 million denars in 2018.
