August 11 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's finance ministry said it will offer two issues of government securities worth a total of 1.12 billion denars ($18.8 million/18.2 million euro) at an auction on August 16, the country's central bank said.
The ministry will offer 200 million denars worth of one-year Treasury bills with a 2% interest rate and 920 million denars worth of 15-years government bonds with a 4% coupon at two separate auctions, the central bank said in an auction notice on Wednesday.
The central bank will sell the government securities on behalf of the finance ministry through a volume tender, in which the price and coupon are set in advance and primary dealers bid only with amounts.
