October 14 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's finance ministry sold 4.05 billion denars ($77 million/66 million euro) worth of government securities at auctions held on October 13, central bank data showed.
The finance ministry sold 770 million denars worth of one-year Treasury bills at one of the auctions and a total of 3.28 billion denars of 10-year government bonds at two separate auctions, figures showed.
The central bank sells government securities on behalf of the finance ministry through volume tenders in which the price and coupon are set in advance and primary dealers bid only with amounts.
