January 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian hydraulic equipment manufacturer M+S Hydraulic [BUL:5MH] led blue-chip decliners on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday, bourse data showed.
M+S Hydraulic shares closed 4.32% lower at 7.75 levs ($4.7/4.0 euro) in a trading volume of 2,805 shares.
The blue-chip SOFIX index decreased 0.49% to 688.88 points on Monday after rising 0.18% on Friday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, fell 0.31% to 134.56 points, following a 0.45% increase on Friday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, edged up 0.09% to 116.67 points on Monday, after losing 0.10% in the previous trading session.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, fell 0.42% to 564.56 points, after adding 0.45% on Friday.
Total trading turnover on the Sofia exchange's regulated market fell to 406,500 levs on Monday from 1.3 million levs on Friday.
Industrial conglomerate Chimimport [BUL:6C4] was the most traded blue chip on Monday, as 64,688 of its shares changed hands at a weighted average price of 2.0352 levs.
Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:4CF] rose the most among blue chips on the BSE, closing 0.54% higher at 1.85 levs.
