January 5 (SeeNews) - Three of the main indices of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) climbed further on Thursday, with the blue-chip SOFIX rising on gains in Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER] and Telelink Business Services Group [BUL:TBS], bourse data showed.
The SOFIX ticked up 0.28% to 605.13 points, as Advance Terrafund added 3.14% and TBS Group rose 1.33%.
The top blue-chip decliner was diversified group Chimimport [BUL:CHIM], which shed 2.53% to 0.77 levs.
Outside blue chips, cables maker Emka [BUL:EMKA], a constituent of the BGBX40 index, made the largest gain, of 5.77% to 3.30 levs. The BGBX40, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse, climbed 0.21% to 139.99 points.
Advance Terrafund helped the BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, make the day's biggest gain, of 0.64% to 184.93 points.
The BGTR30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, was the only index to lose ground, slipping by 0.06% to 732.11 points, its performance dented by Chimimport's loss as well as a 1.89% decline in Eleven Capital [BUL:11C] to 20.80 levs.
Total turnover on the BSE's main market went up to 320,089 levs ($172,138/163,659 euro) on Thursday from 216,451 levs a day earlier.
The top stock by turnover was energy and insurance conglomerate Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:EUBG], which generated 167,186 levs with 93,400 shares traded. The stock closed 0.56% lower at 1.79 levs.
