SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 3 (SeeNews) – Most of the countries in Southeast Europe (SEE) failed to achieve significant success in the fight against corruption over the past year, Transparency International's corruption perceptions ranking for 2014, published on Wednesday, indicated.
Four SEE countries improved their performance in 2014, four scored worse and four retained their positions, the Transparency International ranking showed.
At the 110th spot, Albania and Kosovo scored worst among SEE countries, while Slovenia, at the 39th place, performed best. The non-governmental organisation's ranking covers 175 countries.
