March 21 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin company Solar Power plans to build a 150 MW photovoltaic park in the southern municipality of Cetinje, the government said.
The solar park will span across an area of 1.3 million square metres and be able to produce 214 MWh of electricity annually, the government said in a statement on Monday.
The volume of the investment was not disclosed.
Podgorica-based Solar Power is owned by private individuals Djordjije Piletic and Rita Gossweiler, each with a stake of 50%. It was founded in September 2020 with a capital of 1.1 million euro ($1.2 million).
