May 30 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's real estate company Sferihome plans to invest at least 500,000 euro ($534,300) in a production plant for environment-friendly houses and roof systems in the southern town of Cetinje, local media reported.
Sferihome intends to employ at least 20 workers at the plant, with that number expected to grow, news provider eKapija reported on Monday.
The plant will include two halls spanning 6,300 sq m. Sferihome has leased the halls for a period of 10 years.
Podgorica-based Sferihome is wholly owned by private individual Serhi Mazuryk. It was established in April 2022 with a capital of 1 euro.
