PODGORICA (Montenegro), October 28 (SeeNews) – Montenegro’s total power consumption in September fell by 23% on the month to 204.2 GWh, the country's power grid operator Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem (CEDIS) said.
Region 2, comprising the municipalities of Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Cetinje, accounted for the largest share, 36%, of total power consumption in September, CEDIS said in a statement on Saturday.
Household electricity consumption in Montenegro rose 1.5% year-on-year to 92.3 million kWh in September, according to figures posted on the website of the country's power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG).
On a monthly comparison basis, household electricity consumption in Montenegro fell by 26.5% in September, figures showed.
