April 15 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin coal miner Rudnik Uglja [MNG:RUPV] said its net profit declined to 4.4 million euro ($4.8 million) in 2021 from 13.1 million euro in the previous year.
The company's revenue went down 4.2% on the year to 43.5 million euro while operating costs rose 8.8% to 21.1 million euro, Rudnik Uglja said in an annual financial statement filed with the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
Operating profit stood at 5.4 million euro in 2021, down from 15.0 million euro in the prior year, Rudnik Uglja said.
