March 29 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's retail sales grew by a real 6.1% year-on-year in February, after increasing by 4.9% a month earlier, official figures showed.
On a monthly comparison basis, retail trade turnover rose by a real 1.0% in February, after declining by 15.9% in January, according to data published by the country's statistical office, Monstat.
Calculated in current prices, retail sales grew by 6.5% on the year in February after rising by 5.1% in January.
Montenegro's retail sales grew by a real 3.4% in 2018 after rising by 3.3% in the previous year.
