PODGORICA (Montenegro), November 30 (SeeNews) – Montenegro's average net monthly earnings edged up by a real 0.1% month-on-month in October, after decreasing by 0.5% in September, the country's statistical office said on Thursday.
The average net earnings in Montenegro were 511 euro ($595) in October, unchanged from September, the statistical office said in a monthly wage report.
Year-on-year, the average net wage grew by a nominal 1.8% in October, after increasing by 2.0% the month before. The office did not provide data on real annual wage growth. According to previously released data, Montenegro's inflation was down 0.1% in October compared to September, indicating that real wages rose 0.1% last month.
Montenegro's gross average wage remained unchanged month-on-month at 767 euro in October.
