PODGORICA (Montenegro), November 21 (SeeNews) – Household electricity consumption in Montenegro decreased 2.4% year-on-year to 86.2 million kWh in October, according to figures posted on the website of the country's power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG).
On a monthly comparison basis, household electricity consumption in Montenegro declined by 5.2% in October, figures showed.
The average monthly household electricity bill in Montenegro was 28.09 euro ($32.0) in October.
The highest average monthly electricity bill, of 33.11 euro, was paid by households in Niksic, while the lowest one, of 18.25 euro, was registered in the town of Zabljak.
The Montenegrin government is the majority owner of EPCG with a 70.16% stake. Italian company A2A owns the remainder.
