November 5 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's jobless rate fell to 11.93% on November 5 from 14.62% a year earlier, the government's Employment Agency said on Monday.
The number of unemployed dropped by 18.4% year-on-year to 31,493, the agency said. This compares with 30,908 jobless people on record as of October 1.
The number of newly employed in the Adratic state of 620,000 people since the beginning of the year has increased to 33,356 versus a rise of 27,494 in the January 1-November 5 period last year.
The Employment Agency calculates the jobless rate on a weekly basis every Monday.
