PODGORICA (Montenegro), November 2 (SeeNews) – Montenegro’s Hipotekarna Banka [MNG:HIBP] posted a net profit of 3.5 million euro ($4.1 million) for the first nine months of 2017, up from 3.4 million euro in the respective period of last year.
Hipotekarna Banka's net interest income came in at 9.7 million euro, up 3.2% on the year, while net fee and commission income rose 13% to 5.2 million euro, according to the lender's financial statement, posted on the website of Montenegro's central bank.
The bank's loan portfolio amounted to 289.8 million euro, while deposits totalled 372.5 million dinars at the end of September.
