August 16 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin company Fadis has put up for sale its 30.3% stake in the capital of logistics firm Centrojadran [MNG:CENB], the Montenegro Stock Exchange said.
An auction for the sale of the stake will be carried out by the Montenegro Stock Exchange on August 22, the bourse said in a notice posted on its website.

The initial price of each of the 77,011 Centrojadran shares put up for sale was set at 4.07 euro ($4.13), the Montenegro Stock Exchange said.
Centrojadran's capital is composed of 254,098 shares with a nominal price of 18.9178 euro apiece. The company is listed on the free market segment of the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
