PODGORICA (Montenegro), August 15 (SeeNews) – Montenegrin power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG) said it has appointed Tonino Maglio as its new executive director after his predecessor resigned from the post.
Stefano Pastori resigned as EPCG's executive director due to health problems after being appointed at the head of the company in November 2013, the utility said in a statement on Friday.
Prior to coming to EPCG, Maglio was executive director of Brindisi - Edipower power plant owned by Italy's A2A, also the owner of a 41.75% stake in the Montenegrin co.
The Montenegrin government is the majority owner of EPCG with a 57% stake.
