August 3 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin depository agency Centralna Depozitarna Agencija (CDA) [MNG:CDAP] has said it changed its name to Centralno Klirinsko Depozitarno Drustvo AD Podgorica, it said.
The change took effect on August 2, the depository agency said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange on Thursday.
CDA said in June it completed a 250,000 euro ($290,000) capital hike as part of its shareholder remuneration policy by issuing 195,583 shares with a nominal value of 1.27822975 euro apiece.
The capital of the agency currently totals 750,000 euro distributed in 586,749 shares.
The agency, established in 2000, provides clearing and settlement services, as well as support to the capital market as a technical service provider to securities owners.
