August 22 (SeeNews) - Montenegro's real estate construction company Celebic Invest [MNG:IMNR] recorded a net profit of 78,577 euro ($78,564.59) in the first half of 2022, a slight increase on the profit of 75,055 euro booked in the like period of last year, it said.
Celebic Invest's sales revenue fell 58.91% year-on-year to 31,579 euro in the six months through June and operating costs totalled 72,238 euro, up from 119,761 euro in the comparable period of 2021, the company said in its latest quarterly filing to the Montenegro Stock Exchange.
Celebic Invest is part of Celebic Group which owns 65.73% of its shares, with its president Tomislav Celebic holding an additional 29.08% equity interest.
Celebic Invest's capital is composed of 11,619,556 shares with a nominal price of 1.1003 euro apiece.
