May 26 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Montenegro in the first quarter of 2023 rose to 93 from 64 in the like period of last year, the country's statistical office said.
Based on the building permits issued in the first quarter, the number of planned dwellings went up to 502 from 479, the statistical office said in a statement on Thursday.
The total floor area of planned dwellings increased to to 34,140 sq m from 28,304 sq m.
In 2022, the number of building permits issued in Montenegro increased to 368 from 190 in 2021.
