November 25 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Montenegro in the third quarter of 2020 fell to 35 from 44 in the like period of last year, the country's statistical office said.
Based on the building permits issued in the July-September period, the number of planned dwellings declined to 158 from 233 in the like period of last year, the statistical office said in a statement on Wednesday.
The total floor area of planned dwellings went down to 8,213 sq m from 13,864 sq m.
In 2019, the number of building permits issued in Montenegro declined to 197 from 295 in the previous year.
