August 27 (SeeNews) - The number of building permits issued in Montenegro in the second quarter of 2021 fell to 65 from 93 in the like period of last year, the country's statistical office said.
Based on the building permits issued in the April-June period, the number of planned dwellings declined to 238 from 876 in the like period of last year, the statistical office said in a statement earlier this week.
The total floor area of planned dwellings went down to 16,238 sq m from 50,125 sq m.
In 2020, the number of building permits issued in Montenegro went up to 224 from 197 in the previous year.
