PODGORICA (Montenegro), September 25 (SeeNews) – Montenegro's Atlas Hotels Group has changed its name to Citadel Group and moved the location of its headquarters, it said.
The company, which was owned by the Atlas Group of fugitive businessman Dusko Knezevic, moved its headquarters to Podgorica from Bar, it said in a filing with the Montenegro Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

The largest shareholder in Citadel Group is currently Montenegrin company Zetagradnja, owned by entrepreneur Blagota Radovic, with a 29.1% stake, data from Montenegro Stock Exchange shows.
A stake of 14.5% is kept in a custody account in Hipotekarna Banka, while 8.4% is owned by Monte Invest of Slovenian citizen Matjaz Trtnik.
Knezevic, who is believed to be in London, is wanted for arrest in Montenegro. The country's special prosecution accused him of heading a criminal group that organised and executed the laundering of 500 million euro ($550 million) through lender Atlas Banka, also owned by Atlas Group.
Atlas Hotels owns the Sozina hotel and Zlatni nar restaurant in Sutomor, Rumija motel in Ostros and Putnik restaurant in Bar.
