PODGORICA (Montenegro), May 28 (SeeNews) – Montenegro’s total power consumption in April fell by 24% on the month to 188.8 GWh, the country's power grid operator Crnogorski elektrodistributivni sistem (CEDIS) said.
Region 2, comprising the municipalities of Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Cetinje, accounted for the largest share, 39%, of total power consumption in April, CEDIS said in a statement on Friday.
Household electricity consumption in Montenegro decreased by 3% year-on-year to 88.6 million kWh in April, according to figures posted on the website of the country's power utility Elektroprivreda Crne Gore (EPCG).
On a monthly comparison basis, household electricity consumption in Montenegro fell by 27% in April.
