May 6 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin state-controlled wine producer 13 Jul-Plantaze [MNG:PLAP] has launched a new auction for the sale of a 35,100 sq m land plot in Donja Gorica, near Podgorica, after previous efforts to sell it failed, it said.
The company has reduced the lowest acceptable price of the land plont to 3.9 million euro ($4.1 million) from 4.4 million euro in the previous auction, Plantaze said in a public notice on its website on Thursday.

The deadline for submitting bids is May 13, Plantaze said.
Plantaze turned to a consolidated net loss of 18.7 million euro in 2021, versus a 517,192 euro net profit in the previous year.
