August 14 (SeeNews) - Montenegro plans to open its borders to citizens of Serbia as of August 15, the director of Montenegro's public health institute, Bojan Mugosa, said on Friday.
Serbian citizens will need a negative PCR test or a positive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test, Mugosa said in a video file posted on the Facebook profile of private broadcaster TV Vijesti.
"We see that the situation with Serbia is improving, which means that the curve is being flattened," Mugosa explained.
Serbia also plans to remove its restrictions for the entry of Montenegrin citizens as of August 15, the director of state-run public health institute, Darija Kisic Tepavcevic, said on Friday.
