PODGORICA (Montenegro), January 28 (SeeNews) – Montenegro's government said it plans to list shares in Agrotransport, Metal Produkt, Montenegroturist, Crnagoracoop, Novi Duvanski Kombinat and Kotor Projekt on the local stock exchange.
The government has also started preparations for launching tenders for the privatisation of hotel operator Budvanska Rivijera [MNG:BUDR], workwear manufacturer Castello Montenegro and metallurgical company Institut za crnu metalurgiju, it said in a statement on Monday.

The tenders will target the sale of the state-owned shares in the three companies, while for Institut za crnu metalurgiju a capital hike by a private investor will also be possible.
